We placed an order - at apparently the same time as a bunch of other large orders were placed.
We normally hear right away that the order was shipped, I didn't and we had an urgent matter and we were low on dog food.
I sent an email and customer support was amazing, looked into it, asked when we needed it by and did everything they could to get them to us. They were even going to ship out just what we needed for the transport if the entire order wasn't ready in time. Well the order shipped and arrived a day before we needed it.
